A sound: powerful, elastic, gentle, that lyrically draws us into a surprising, poetic universe.
Improviser and composer Nicolas Gurtner (CH) (*1991) has developed a unique language on the saxophone and in his writing, marked by his training in the instrument's classical and contemporary repertoires before discovering improvised music. He also co-founded Les Rencontres arrangées with Jérôme Jeanrenaud.
